IMPACTThis article offers practitioners important insights into the way clinicians can be engaged in management of funds through situated learning workplace. Situated has potential to foster accountability by engaging meaningful and goal-driving activities stimulate acquisition accounting literacy informally. When work alongside accountants, takes place A context needs created which accountants together achieve common goals. This been achieved clinical commissioning groups (CCG) UK.ABSTRACTThis discusses how acquire informally working highlighting participation different within specific contexts fosters informal learning. Data were gathered from interviews, document analysis participant observation. The study identified three processes acquiring information informally; attachment managers, hearing same repeatedly goal-driven activities. Interdependency between their shared version have two key factors facilitating process.
